Marathon Staffing is hiring Conservation workers with welding experience for a local steel manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. Candidates must be skilled in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication. Immediate openings are available for full-time positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. Benefits include weekly pay, health, dental, and vision coverage. Applicants must be able to commute to the job location.
Looking for Experts With Welding Experience!!! Previous Manufacturing work not required.
We are considering all candidates with past welding experience. A prior welder role is not needed as long as you have the skills and you're able to pass a welding test.

• Reading blueprints and custom fabrication
• Jig setup and tack welding

Have these Skills?
• Skilled in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication
• Proficient with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
• Experience with mechanical systems, ductwork, rigging, and safety protocols
