Marathon Staffing is hiring Conservation workers with welding experience for full-time positions at a steel manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. Candidates must be able to commute and have skills in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication. Immediate openings are available for 1st and 2nd shifts, offering benefits like weekly pay and health coverage. No prior welder role is necessary, but at least one year of experience is required.
Looking for Experts With Welding Experience!!! Previous Manufacturing work not required.
We are considering all candidates with past welding experience. A prior welder role is not needed as long as you have the skills and you're able to pass a welding test.

Have these Skills?
• Skilled in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication
• Proficient with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
• Experience with mechanical systems, ductwork, rigging, and safety protocols
