Marathon Staffing is hiring Conservation Workers in Chattanooga, TN, for MIG welding roles. Candidates with welding experience are encouraged to apply, even without previous welder roles. Immediate openings are available for full-time shifts at a local steel manufacturing facility. Benefits include weekly pay and health coverage. • Jig setup and tack welding

Have these Skills?
• Skilled in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication
• Proficient with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
• Experience with mechanical systems, ductwork, rigging, and safety protocols
