Role Description

This is a contract role for a Wedding Coordinator. The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including venue arrangements, vendor management, and event scheduling. This is an on-site role located in Boston, MA. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life, handle any issues that arise during the event, and ensure that all operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
• Event Planning, Project Management, and Time Management skills
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving abilities
• Vendor Coordination and Venue Management experience
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
• Experience in the wedding or event planning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred
