About the position
The Web Content Manager for TSU's Bullard Center is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Center's web-based communication strategies. This role involves overseeing digital communication and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve program goals. Responsibilities
• Manage the development and implementation of digital communication and community dissemination strategies for the Bullard Center.

• Collaborate on the writing, design, and coordination of digital communication and marketing materials.

• Oversee digital community-building through social media channels, email marketing, and the Center's web presence.

• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all digital channels and assets.

• Implement a cohesive editorial strategy and voice.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals and ensure coordination.

• Manage constituent concerns and reputational issues on digital channels.

• Execute robust email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.

• Apply the latest SEO innovations to improve search engine visibility and performance.

• Develop digital platforms to support event attendance and execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years web management experience is required.

• WebFlow experience required.

• Knowledge of SEO management and web technology.

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Content Management Systems (WebFlow required).

• Experience with email marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp).
