Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our water resources engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, water resources engineering, and business development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to construction supervision, identifying new business opportunities, participating in contract negotiations, and directing project teams.
Responsibilities


The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Project management, including planning, modeling, design, and construction supervision
• New business opportunity identification and coordination of project presentations
• Contract negotiation and drafting of complex professional service agreements
• Project team direction and client compliance monitoring
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in water resources engineering and project management
• Professional Engineer license in Oregon and/or Washington (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Preferred Qualifications


We are looking for candidates with additional skills and experience, including:
• 20+ years of experience in water resources engineering
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong relationships with clients in the Pacific Northwest
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation, and ArcGIS
