Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water Resources Engineer position include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of water resources engineering experience, including design, modeling, and analysis.
• EIT certification required, with PE licensure or the ability to obtain it preferred.
• Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D), and GIS platforms; HEC-RAS modeling experience is a bonus.
• Experience with state and federal permitting processes is advantageous.
• Design and analyze engineering projects, including flood and stormwater control, permitting, and plan development.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to project designs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers and environmental scientists.
• Assist with client management, proposal preparation, and development of new business opportunities.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
