Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team of engineers, scientists, and planners working on impactful water resource projects with a focus on climate adaptation and resilience, ecological restoration, and green infrastructure.

About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of technical tasks and collaborate with experts to deliver innovative solutions across New England. Key responsibilities include designing, conducting engineering calculations, applying technical guidance, and preparing engineering design plans and technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and perform a wide range of engineering and design tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and other technical professionals.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analyses using GIS or CAD.
• Work with technical specialists on projects related to green stormwater infrastructure, drainage studies and design, nature-based flood and heat resilience solutions, dam removal, stream and wetland restoration, floodplain restoration, culvert replacement and right-sizing, and coastal flood resilience and restoration.
• Support studies, planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's (or graduate) degree in environmental or civil engineering.
• Relevant experience in water resources engineering, adaptation and resilience, or ecological restoration, or green infrastructure projects.
• EIT preferred, ability to obtain PE license a plus.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; HydroCAD, HEC RAS, SWMM, or other hydrologic & hydraulic modelling a plus.
