Job Description
WCS Water & Air is seeking an Experienced Water Hygiene Technician based in Derby, UK, to cover the Midlands region. The role involves water sampling, temperature monitoring, and servicing valves. The position offers a salary of £23,796-£25,000 with potential earnings up to £32,000 through bonuses and overtime. Benefits include 23 days holiday, a company vehicle, and training opportunities. Applicants should have prior water hygiene experience and a full driving license.

The successful candidate will be ideally based in the Derby area and will cover sites in the Midlands region.

• Salary £23,796-£25,000 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available. OTE £32,000
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days
• 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training

Duties to be carried out:
• Water sampling
• Monitor water temperatures
• Perform descaling of shower heads and hoses
• Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
• Carry out tank cleans
Requirements
• Previous water hygiene experience
• Hold a full driving licence
• Confined space trained (advantageous)
