Welcome to Land Based Operations
You'll be part of the Warehouse team, where you together with your colleagues, will manage inventory and distribution, optimize operations, and ensure our wind energy projects run smoothly. We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated individual. In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside passionate professionals in a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse environment.

You'll play an important role in:
• perform urgent picks and transport spares, tools, and PPE to the quayside
• support craning operations and manage all SAP-related tasks for the mobilization process
• manage/control stock and whilst managing them through SAP and Extended Warehouse Management System
• prepare warranty parts, pack, and send to the supplier
• return items and document in SAP and Techdoc if necessary
• ensure tool kits are complete for the job
• verify that PPE meets HSE standards and manage calibration of tools and PPE
• document, pack, and send tools/PPE for calibration and track calibration in SAP
• perform portable electrical testing on electrical equipment and document in Techdoc.
To succeed in the role, you:
• have high school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• possess 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred)
• hold forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• technologically proficient, IT literate (SAP or similar ERP system and Microsoft Office package) - comfortable using technology and learning new software tools
• hold strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• got a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• are passionate about sustainability and green energy.
