Dek & Mavericks Green Energy Limited is hiring for a Warehouse & Logistics position in Bharuch, Gujarat, India. Responsibilities include inspecting solar components, overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and experience in warehouse management, preferably in the solar energy sector. The job is full-time and in-person, offering a salary of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Quality Control:
• Inspect incoming solar components for damage or defects upon receipt.
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain the integrity of solar equipment throughout storage.

Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee receiving, storing, and staging of solar equipment in the warehouse.
• Implement efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization.

Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of solar components to meet project demands.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Manage stock rotation to prevent damage or expiry of materials.

Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate transportation logistics, including selecting carriers and managing shipment schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within the solar energy industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, including inventory control, transportation management, and warehouse optimization.
