The University of Idaho is seeking a Violence Prevention Peer Educator Intern to promote a safe campus culture through education and outreach. Interns will lead workshops and events on topics like healthy relationships and consent, while gaining valuable experience in public health and peer leadership. This internship is ideal for students passionate about prevention work and making a positive impact in their community.
Violence Prevention Peer Educator Interns serve as student leaders and advocates dedicated to promoting a safe and respectful campus culture through education and outreach. Working under the leadership of the Violence Prevention and Education Office (VPE), interns deliver workshops, host outreach events, and support marketing efforts that address critical issues such as healthy relationships, consent and sexual violence, stalking, hazing, and bystander intervention. This is an opportunity for students passionate about prevention work, public health, and peer leadership to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact across the University of Idaho community.
