Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President to join our growing investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of deal execution, portfolio management, and value creation across our energy infrastructure platform. This is a high-impact role with significant leadership responsibility and direct exposure to senior partners, operating executives, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead deal execution processes including due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations
• Manage junior team members and external advisors across multiple workstreams
• Develop and present investment committee materials
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation plans
• Maintain industry knowledge and relationships in the power, renewables, and broader energy transition sectors
• Support fundraising and investor relations efforts as needed

Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or corporate development
• Strong exposure to energy infrastructure and/or renewables, with a clear understanding of trends in the energy transition
• Demonstrated experience managing transactions from diligence through closing
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
