Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with at least 7 years of experience in commercial credit analysis and underwriting, and a minimum of 5 years in underwriting solar and/or renewable energy transactions. A strong background in credit and financial analysis, as well as management experience, is required. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to travel, and a proven track record in commercial solar lending.
