Investors succeed when startups do. We build venture infrastructure to increase the odds of startup success. This infrastructure supports offerings like syndicates, RUVs, and The Collective. Since 2018, we have driven capital to nearly 700 startups and currently support a $250M asset base. At AngelList India, we apply a product-first mindset to make venture investing frictionless and compliant at scale. Our partner, EquityList, offers startups specialized tools for stakeholder management.

About the role

Expect this role to begin with operations and customer success, and to expand to account management, investor relations, and occassional product work. While this is not an investing role, alumni who started in this role have graduated to become founders, CEOs, and solo GPs.

Responsibilities
• Investor Onboarding: Execute KYC, AML, and accreditation workflows
• Deal Screening
• Capital Calls: Manage tracking and reconciliation workflows
• Investment Closure: Coordinate with legal, compliance, and fund administration teams
• CRM: Generate end-user delight for GPs, LPs, founders, and third parties through clear, concise, and timely communication
• Investor liaison for distributions
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with GPs and LPs
• Discover and onboard new GPs and LPs
• Assume shared or complete ownership of specialised tools
• Maintain meticulous documentation and internal records

We lean towards candidates who
• Possess 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing, operational, or other similarly demanding professional roles
• Exhibit a deep curiosity to understand the nuts and bolts of venture capital
• Put in the work to understand AngelList’s mission before applying
• Demonstrate the ability to structure thoughts and communicate with clarity
