Role Description

This is an EARLY career full-time role for an Investment Analyst preferably in Gurugram (Mumbai & Bengaluru are options as well for the right candidate) with preferably 1 to 5 years of experience.

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for
• Investment Analysis,
• Financial modeling & Analysis
• Sector & Industry research,
• Investment memo preparation,
• Valuation.
• Researching investment trends and related opportunities
• Managing the portfolio and monitoring investments.

Qualifications
• Investment skills including portfolio management and financial analysis
• Analytical skills with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make informed decisions
• Strong understanding of finance with experience in financial modeling, adept at excel, word.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Experience in gender-focused investments or social impact investments would be beneficial
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Prefer prior KPO, investment banking or management consulting or startup experiences and who is passionate about creating economic value for India and our investors by promoting Gender Equity and Climate Action.
• Experiences in one or more following sectors – Climate, Healthcare, Sustainability, Food & Agri, Fintech and Education, a strong plus.
