Innovation Works, Inc. is seeking an experienced Venture Capital Expert to provide strategic guidance on our venture capital efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive venture capital strategy, aligning with our organization's objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate venture capital investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, assessing risk, valuation, and growth potential.
• Negotiate and structure investment terms, including convertible notes, SAFE agreements, and equity distribution.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, angel investors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in venture capital, angel investing, or early-stage startup consulting.
• Strong network and relationships within the venture capital and angel investing communities.
• Proven track record of successful investments and returns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
