Key Responsibilities:
• Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline of early-stage startup investment opportunities across India and global markets, aligned with Sinarmas CVC's focus areas.
• Network Building: Leverage an exceptionally strong network within the India VC/PE ecosystem, startup community, and relevant industry stakeholders to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Deal Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Investment Thesis Development: Collaborate with the team to develop clear, data-driven investment theses and recommendations.
• Portfolio Support: Assist in managing existing portfolio companies by providing strategic insights, market analysis, and introductions to relevant networks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the global Sinarmas team to align on investment strategies and cross-border opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed investment memos, financial models, and regular reports to track deal flow and performance.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a top-tier institution with a focus on finance, business, economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking. Prior exposure to early-stage deal-making is highly preferred.
• Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong, existing network within India’s VC/PE ecosystem, startup founders, and related stakeholders.
• Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with founders, investors, and team members globally.
