Vehicle Technician Trainer

Are you a qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician professional looking to transition from a hands-on role to a Trainer position, where you can inspire and guide apprentices to achieve their full potential?

You will work with groups of apprentices, combining practical and theory-based learning to help them advance through their training journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and deliver engaging practical and theoretical training sessions for learners.
Ensure accurate record-keeping to facilitate programme efficiency and achievement of apprenticeship standards.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to apprentices to encourage course completion.

Requirements:

Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/Teaching qualification
NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics

Experience with in the HGV/LCV/Car/Agricultural/Plant/Military industries.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of the role.
