As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Climate United's credit extension, credit risk monitoring, asset servicing and management, risk analysis, and reporting programs across our portfolios.
About the Role

This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Climate United's investment and credit policies, ensuring a balance between credit risk, financial return, and impact across our lending portfolios.

You will work closely with our Investments Team to ensure that investments align with strategic objectives, Climate United's risk appetite, and compliance requirements.
• Lead the on-going development and implementation of Climate United's investment and credit policies
• Ensure that investments align with strategic objectives, Climate United's risk appetite, and compliance requirements
• Administer and review loans and loan commitments to ensure adherence to policy guidelines and adequate documentation for collateral security

You will also develop and refine financial models to evaluate investment scenarios and mitigate risks, implement robust risk assessment frameworks, and oversee ongoing risk evaluation to safeguard the portfolio.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, renewable energy debt financing, structured finance, and/or project finance, with a proven track record of leading high-impact investment and credit initiatives.

You should have demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving strategic outcomes, as well as a deep understanding of renewable energy sectors, investment trends, and risk management strategies.
