Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking participants for its Driver Academy, aimed at women and non-binary individuals. No heavy vehicle driving experience is required, and paid training will be provided to obtain a Heavy Vehicle Licence. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities in Dandenong South, VIC. What is in it for you?

As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female identifying or non-binary persons in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking women, Female identifying or non-binary persons to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a Truck Driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.

What skills can I bring to Cleanaway?
• Hold a current unrestricted drivers licence for a minimum of 24 months
• Driving History Check with a minimum of 8 demerit points
