What You’ll Do:

🔹Project Leadership– Own project execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines stay on track.

🔹Financial & Risk Management– Control P&L, contracts, forecasting, and change orders.

🔹Safety & Compliance– Partner with EHS teams to enforce top-tier safety and regulatory standards.

🔹Team & Vendor Coordination– Manage subcontractors, procurement, and schedules for seamless execution.

🔹Client & Stakeholder Engagement– Be the face of the project, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

What You Bring:

✔5+ yearsof project management experience insolar, BESS, or large-scale construction

✔ Proven expertise inEPC contracts, permitting, and regulatory compliance

✔ Strong leadership inmultidisciplinary team coordination & subcontractor management

✔ Proficiency inMicrosoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and project management tools

✔ ABachelor’s degreein Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
