About the Job

The User Interface Specialist will customize and manage the user interface, work-flow, and drop downs for our QuickBase database software. The ideal candidate will have previous experience modifying similar CRMs to be modified to work for a teams needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in the requirements development and management of Quickbase user interface.
• Work with teams to participate in business process and system (including but not limited to CRM-type systems, Power BI, etc.) planning, in-depth understanding of business requirements.
• According to the business needs, build business opportunity management, Leads to Cash business tools and automated reporting system to facilitate the departments to access, track and analyze all kinds of key indicators.
• Responsible for Quickbase system go-live testing, tracking and verifying requirements completion.
• Continuously participate in the optimization of business processes, responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of various reports and related systems to improve the overall operational efficiency of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant CRM customization experience.
• Quickbase, Salesforce or Oracle experience required.
• Strong documentation skills, able to write requirements analysis documents, etc.
• Strong learning, analytical, comprehension, communication and coordination skills.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. The expected compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
