Role Description:
The Urban Planning + Design Group is seeking an experienced urban planner with a focus on resilience and hazard mitigation planning. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to produce high-quality reports and documents.

• Develop FEMA Hazard Mitigation Plans, Resilience Plans, FEMA Community Rating System efforts, and mitigation/resilience grants
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals
• Prepare and present complex information to clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate public involvement and consensus-building meetings and workshops
• Assist in marketing and client development efforts

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Emergency/Disaster Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and GIS
