Are you a skilled Urban Planning Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Look no further than Fischer Homes! We are currently seeking an experienced Urban Planning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Urban Planning (design-based), Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering. They will be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, and GIS. Additionally, they will have comfort with Microsoft Office and be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing land planning, entitlements, and approvals for new and existing land assets. The selected individual will develop strategies to effectively execute these tasks and represent the company in public and private meetings.

A successful Urban Planning Specialist will drive business growth by developing and implementing effective land planning strategies, maintaining and updating schedules for entitlement, approval, and acquisition, and preparing proformas and development budgets for underwriting new land acquisitions.
