Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field (preferably with professional affiliation or eligibility for membership).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in urban design, planning, and master planning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
• Strong design and graphics skills, including hand and computer-generated graphics.
• Experience in sustainability practices in the public realm (LEED or equivalent advantageous).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical aspects.

Experience: Minimum 15 years
