BroadBean is seeking an Urban Planner I for their Downtown Atlanta or Cobb County office in Georgia. The role requires 0-3 years of experience in public engagement, ArcGIS Pro, and Adobe Suite. The planner will work on community and transportation planning projects across the U.S., focusing on the Southeast. A Master's degree in City and Regional Planning is required, along with strong communication skills and a desire to learn.

About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses 0-3 years of related experience in public engagement, ArcGIS Pro, and Adobe Suite software. In this position, the successful candidate will perform community and transportation planning work for clients across the United States, with a focus in the Southeast. Project types may include comprehensive plans, corridor studies, small area plans, trail planning, and downtown plans, with opportunities to collaborate with our transportation planning and landscape architecture teams. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning or similar. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter. Office location is our Downtown Atlanta or Cobb County office.
Experience and Qualifications
• Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning (or similar)
• 0-3 years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
