Job Description

Living Classrooms Foundation is seeking a full-time Urban Ecology and Sustainability Educator for an in-person position in Baltimore, MD. The role involves working with 6th-8th grade students in the Baltimore Urban Gardening with Students (BUGS) program, focusing on environmental education and outdoor activities. Candidates should be enthusiastic about environmental issues and serve as role models for urban youth.
Position: Urban Ecology and Sustainability Educator Year-round, in-person, permanent position. Full Time, exempt. Salary Range: $ 40,000-45,000 per year Baltimore Urban Gardening with Students (BUGS) is an after-school and summer environmental education enrichment program serving students in 6th-8th grades at The Crossroads School, both Living Classrooms Foundation programs. This program is designed to help get Crossroads students outside for educational and recreational programming to strengthen their environmental literacy.
