Job Responsibilities:
• Providing site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical expertise on public and private sector projects
• Writing proposals and creating scope of service
• Preparing drawing sets, details and specifications, and 3D modeling and rendering
• Project management
Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Landscape Architecture
• Professional licensure preferred
• 4 or more years of relevant work experience
• Project management experience or desire to manage projects
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Lumion, and Microsoft (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of graphic software programs (Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint)
