Job Description

Persol Kelly Singapore is seeking a University Project Partnership Officer focused on Environmental Sustainability Innovation. The role involves establishing industry partnerships for funding sustainability projects, conducting life cycle analyses, and managing sustainability innovation projects. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in sustainability. The job is located in Singapore and offers a salary of SGD 11K per month on a full-time basis.
As a University Project Partnership Officer, you are in-charge of establishing industry partnerships to secure fundings for sustainability projects. You will also be tasked to utilize your experience in the sustainability sector to conduct a life cycle analysis and environmental assessments, and innovate solutions using your expertise in sustainable practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects focused on sustainability innovation, including carbon accounting and management, renewable energy, circular economy, sustainable materials, and carbon reduction technologies.
• Explore emerging technologies, frameworks, and practices to advance sustainable solutions in industries.
• Conduct life cycle analysis, environmental impact assessments, and resource optimization studies to address real-world sustainability challenges.

Job Requirements
• A degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Engineering with sustainability training, or a related field. A Master’s or PhD is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in sustainability innovation and ESG integration.
• Strong knowledge of environmental technologies, resource management, and sustainable business practices.
• Familiarity with relevant sustainability certifications and standards, such as ISO 14044, etc.
• Experience in life cycle analysis, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and sustainability metrics.
