Lead the design strategy for Unilever's digital products, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of UI UX designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, using a variety of methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Ensure that all digital products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the user experience.
Advocate for the user, constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize the digital experience based on user feedback and data.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring that their work meets Unilever's design standards and guidelines.
Establish and maintain design processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective design delivery.
Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, providing rationale and soliciting feedback.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of design solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Unilever's design system and brand guidelines.
Uphold Unilever's commitment to sustainability by incorporating eco-friendly design practices where possible.
