Truck Driver - Sustainable Food Waste Disposal

beBee Careers is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver in Dayton, OH for sustainable food waste disposal. The role involves loading, hauling, and delivering food waste on various routes, operating manual and automatic vehicles, and maintaining truck cleanliness and equipment. Skill Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL truck driver who can manage their time effectively, operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles, and maintain basic truck equipment and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in using electronic logging systems, and have knowledge of hydraulics.

Responsibilities:
• Loading, hauling, and delivering food waste on intra- and interstate routes with multiple stops ranging from 15-25 per day by routing determined by the Company.
• Operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles per DOT requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintaining basic truck equipment and overall cleanliness of equipment.
• Utilizing electronic logging system for DOT driver logs and as otherwise required.
• Maintaining paperwork (contamination and service tickets, truck maintenance, etc.) and submitting all documentation to the appropriate party.
