Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Transportation Professional - Bus Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely transporting students, employees, and other passengers to and from their destinations. Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a school bus or other company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers, including students, employees, and other passengers
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of bus routes, schedules, and traffic patterns
• Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school administrators to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services
• Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Perform other related duties as required
• *Qualifications:**
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
• Excellent driving record and ability to pass regular background checks
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
