The QTI Group is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer for a full-time, onsite role in Madison, WI. The position requires collaboration on interior design projects, developing environmental graphics, and managing marketing content. Candidates should have a degree in Fine Arts/Graphics and at least 3 years of experience with design software. The pay is $55K annually, with flexible hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The QTI Group has partnered with one of Wisconsin’s premier residential and commercial design firms to find a dynamic and enthusiastic Environmental Graphic Designer to join their team. This unique role combines Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Architecture. An ideal candidate is an organized, detail oriented, self-starter who is interested in working in a lively firm offering the opportunity to work on a variety of environmental interior design projects and in-house marketing.This position is direct hire and will be full-time onsite Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pay is $55K per year based on experience.Responsibilities:Collaborate and strategize creative content for interior design conceptsDevelop and design environmental graphics for interiorsDevelop in-depth presentation materials to express design conceptsCreate file set-up for art productionCoordinate environmental graphics budgets and installationAssist with art selection, budgeting and implementationCoordinate project photo shootsAssist with office administrative support related to design studioIn-house graphics and marketingManage and maintain web presence and contentPrepare design award submittals and publicationsBusiness cards and in-house printing needsManage and coordinate company social media presenceQualifications:Bachelor or Technical College Degree in Fine Arts/GraphicsMinimum 3 years of experienceExperience with Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoshopExperience with Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with photography and photo editing softwareKnowledge of sketchUp, Lumion, BIM/Revil is a plusStrong interest in culture, fashion, are, film, and photographyStrong interest in Sci-Fi and fantasy-based conceptsAbility to self-direct your schedule, multi-task, and prioritize your day, and communicate/function as part of a design teamExperience performing in a deadline drive environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical
