Job Description

Responsibilities:
• * Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy and waste digestion solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
• Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions and support customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:
• * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy, environmental technology, or waste management sectors.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and waste digestion processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to renewable energy and waste management in the Denver area.
