THE TEAM

Based out of our new office in Rosebery, we are on a mission to build a worldclass In-house Telefundraising Team. Working full-time hours, our agents will inspire potential new supporters about the need to protect our oceans, reduce plastic pollution and talk about humanities most pressing challenge – Climate Change.

Our team onboards new supporters with a regular financial donation because that’s what taking action is all about.

THE ROLE

Our dynamic team of Telefundraisers support the organisation in many ways, some of their responsibilities include:
• Reaching out to potential supporters and donors by phone who have interacted with GPAP through a petition or campaign previously.
• Educating potential supporters on existing and future campaigns GPAP is engaged in.
• Successfully build relationships with with new supporters through understanding where their passions are and provide information on relevant campaigns
• Maintaining and updating supporter databases.
• Having effective and productive conversations in order to meet set KPIs.

Working collaboratively with a group of like-minded individuals, you will contribute to brainstorming and executing innovative fundraising strategies, ensuring our initiatives make a lasting impact.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

While prior experience in Telefundraising will benefit your application, we are willing to hire on potential. If you don’t have outbound sales experience but are deeply passionate about environmental issues and keen to make a difference. This role could be for you.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your outstanding communication and persuasion abilities to engage potential supporters, sustain vital campaigns, and inspire individuals to take impactful actions through donations, memberships, and partnerships.
