Technician - Service Team

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in Morris, MN. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows-based point of sales systems and petroleum equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities:
• Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot Windows-based point of sale systems and petroleum equipment on customer locations
• Train customers on newly installed equipment and networks
• Set up custom configurations based on site needs
• Work independently and as part of a team as needed
• Repair Windows-based hardware including hard drives, motherboards, network switches, and managed firewalls
• Utilize a world-class CRM system integrated with dispatching
• Overnight weekday travel
• Other duties as assigned
