Position Objectives:

Their commitment extends to making the Earth more environmentally friendly and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Responsibilities
• Handle pre-sales technical support for PV Inverter, BESS PCS, and BESS products.
• Provide prompt and high-quality customer support while maintaining strong relationships with clients' technical teams.
• Offer technical solution proposals for large-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid projects, including technical document packages and bidding documents.
• Prepare and review technical documents and support the commercial team in document reviews.
• Participate in technical marketing activities and present company technologies and solutions to the market.
• Stay updated on local applicable standards and the latest technologies related to company's products.
• Assist in market analysis, including customer demands, feedback, and market trends.

Requirements
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power System, Automation, or a related Engineering field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of PV and BESS systems and renewable energy system designs.
• Solid knowledge of electrical principles.
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for experience in working with inverter manufacturers, large-scale project developers, and EPC.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to engage with and influence various stakeholders for mutual business benefit while maintaining key relationships.
• Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese communication is a plus.
