Enertis Applus+ is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Renewable Energy Sector in Haleyville, AL. The role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring clients, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and providing technical assistance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in PV, BESS, and Wind markets. The position requires industry knowledge and a willingness to travel.

The Quality & Technology area offers independent technical advice on the most appropriate technologies for each of our clients' projects. Our team is always updated with new developments in the renewable energy sector and has in-depth knowledge of the market and the various component suppliers and manufacturers.

Its mission is to ensure that the highest quality standards are met during the pre-manufacturing and manufacturing phases of components for renewable projects, especially photovoltaic solar modules.

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our team in USA.

Among its main functions, the selected person will have the following tasks:
• Develop Sales Strategies: create and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.
• Client Acquisition and Retention: identify potential clients, establish relationships, and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analysis focused on the US PV, BESS and Wind markets.
• Understand market trends, regulatory impacts (especially tariff related), and technological advancements.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client acquisition in the US and Canada.
• Negotiate Contracts: lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and close agreements that align with company policies and profit margins.
• Technical assistance to clients on manufacturing quality control and quality assurance as well as in testing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic feedback to senior management.

What do we need?
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related Technical field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, QAQC inspection, vendor inspection and/or, testing services; with a heavy focus in PV.
• Experience in BESS and Wind will be highly regarded.
• Industry Knowledge:
• * Comprehensive understanding of PV, BESS and wind energy markets in the US.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Technical knowledge on PV module manufacturing is a must.
• Technical knowledge of BESS manufacturing will be highly regarded.
• Technical knowledge of PV and BESS testing will be highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
