They are known throughout the industry for the construction, operation and maintenance of high quality, cost effective wind farms for some of the world's leading power generators. They have offices on every continent and are currently experiencing a significant period of world wide growth.
About the role:
As a Technical Project Manager in Wind Farm Projects, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wind energy projects, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Lead international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.
• Manage project execution, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop modifications that enhance safety, performance, and cost efficiency of wind turbine components and installation tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Analyze lessons learned from past and ongoing projects to drive process and product improvements.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, physics, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in the wind energy or renewable energy sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and independent work approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience working with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment.
