The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Technical Director in Renewables to lead operations strategy, manage teams, and ensure quality and safety standards. As a Technical Director in Renewables, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the 'operations' strategy. Your responsibilities include roadmap development, team management, technical support, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and deploy the 'operations' strategy, contributing to the Group's technological innovation.
• Additionally, Team Management: Structure, manage, and develop teams, fostering professionalization, knowledge sharing, and growth.
• Furthermore, Technical Support: Provide technical support to partners and teams, ensuring proper monitoring of engineering processes.
• Project Management: Oversee project management, including defining specifications, validating subcontractors, and meeting set objectives (budgets, deadlines, quality, safety, etc.).
• Moreover, Profitability and Quality: Ensure profitability and quality of services, emphasizing industrialization and continuous improvement.
• In addition, Revamping/Repowering: Study and monitor options for revamping/repowering the existing fleet.
• Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor the company's Quality, Safety, and Environment policy, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and cultivate trust with external stakeholders such as EPCists, network managers, control bodies, administration, and insurers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the Group, demonstrating autonomy and responsibility under General Management.

Candidate Requirements:
• Education and Experience: Ideally possess a Bac+5 or higher education in Engineering, with a minimum of 7 years' successful career in managing technical services related to energy production sites (renewable energy, EPCist, constructor, developer, IPP, in BE, investment fund, etc.).
• Skills and Abilities: Comfortable with process optimization, strong knowledge of administrative procedures (urban planning, connections, labor law), and proficiency in IT tools and English.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, perseverant, and autonomous, you demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and stress resistance. An entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for promoting ideas are crucial.
• Lastly, Travel Requirements: Expect regular short-term travel within France and occasional international travel.
