• Ensure all client deliverables adhere to defined requirements for technical and quality reviews before they are submitted to the clients.
• Drive, improve, and report on performance metrics and KPIs like client satisfaction, productivity, and profit margins, as required by your leader.

• Be available to your direct reports for questions/support as needed and facilitate regular 1:1 meetings with each one of them (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
• Facilitate regular performance reviews with each of your direct reports, assessing the need for disciplinary action or performance improvement plans, as required.
• Drive local team employee engagement and satisfaction, by fostering a culture of teamwork and fun, including organizing co-working sessions and team-building events.
• Identify competency or process gaps within your team and collaborate with Consulting Leadership to address those gaps (e.g., through training, job-shadowing, process improvements, etc.).
• Administer some employee services, such as approval of expenses, time off, overtime, and conflict resolution.
