The role involves extensive diary management, meeting coordination, stakeholder relationship building, travel bookings, expense management, and supporting events. About the role:
EnergyAustralia is seeking a highly motivated, organised and detail focused Team Coordinator to join our Technology team. This Team has grown and is integral to the Clean Energy Transformation that the energy space is moving in.
In this pivotal role you will provide support to members of the Technology Leadership Team and their broader business units, reporting into the EA for the CIO. Your responsibilities will include:
• Extensive diary management, and day-to-day assistance for busy ‘Heads of’
• Coordination of meetings, workshops and department forums for the wider teams
• Building effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for administrative issues
• Travel bookings and coordination
• Completion of expenses
• Building and maintaining SharePoint sites
• Supporting the coordination of Townhalls and Events
• Attending leadership meetings, documenting actions and proactively following up on action points.
• Ad hoc project coordination and preparation of documentation as required

About you:
To be successful in securing this role, you will be pro-active, organised and a self-starter. You will have demonstrated recent experience in a fast-paced and complex environment, where you’ve learnt the ability to juggle priorities in a strategic and intelligent manner. Additionally, you will have:
• Outstanding diary management with the ability to be a step ahead
• Can hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment and thrives off a busy workplace
• Excellent time management, using your understanding of strategic priorities to plan workloads appropriately
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, with the ability to push back where necessary. Being able to connect with your peers and create valuable relationships
• Advanced skills working with MS Office, SAP and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic ie: confidentiality and team-focused approach
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing these
