Tankless Water Heater Installer - Los Angeles/Ventura County and Surrounding Areas

Synergy Companies is hiring apprentice plumbing technicians for tankless water heater installation in Los Angeles/Ventura County. Candidates should be motivated, able to problem-solve, and enjoy hands-on work. Plumbing and electric experience is preferred but not required. Synergy Companies is looking for apprentice plumbing technicians with some experience to join our team. Synergy Companies works with Southern California utility companies to install tankless and tanked water heaters at low or even no cost for our customers. Candidates with experience in plumbing and electric work are preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated people that enjoy working with their hands. Individuals that are able to problem solve and think for themselves are a great fit for this position. This position will include steady, year-round employment. Compensation is $40,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience and performance.

Duties/Expectations:
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Attend company meetings as required
• Be responsible for company equipment
• Provide top quality customer service
• Be comfortable with selling additional upgrades to the customer
• Physically able to lift and move equipment
Skills/Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work with your hands
• Plumbing experience (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Problem solving
