Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Onboarding Manager located in South Jordan, UT. The Talent Onboarding Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing onboarding strategies and ensuring a smooth transition for new service contractors into the company. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, assessing onboarding processes, and providing support to new service providers throughout their initial period with the company.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing onboarding and training programs
• Ability to manage and assess onboarding processes
• Proficiency in using HR management software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
• Relevant experience in human resources or talent management a plus
• Relevant solar industry experience a plus
