Formenergy is seeking a Talent Data Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, to enhance HR functions through data analytics. The role involves analyzing talent acquisition, management, and engagement data, developing dashboards, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our talent acquisition, talent management, and other people-related functions through insightful data analytics, storytelling, and the development of robust data dashboards. This role requires a unique blend of data expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive actionable insights. Applicants must be in the eastern timezone with access to a Form Energy location.

Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.

• Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
,
• Perform predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and provide actionable recommendations.
,
• Develop and maintain interactive data dashboards that provide real-time insights and reporting for HR and business leaders.
,
• Create compelling data-driven stories that communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
,
• Implement data governance best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable data.
,
• Partner with HR leaders and business units to understand their needs and provide customized analytical solutions.
,
• Work closely with talent acquisition, talent management, and other HR teams to support their analytics needs.
,
• Train and support HR team members in using data tools and interpreting analytics.
,
• Support the optimization of Ashby ATS & Analytics platform.
,
• Support and analyze the impact of various talent programs and initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of people analytics experience with experience in applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools and other people database technologies.

• Advanced excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
,
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and data governance and accuracy.
,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data.
,
• Strong verbal communication skills in order to explain and present data visually in a clear, compelling manner.
,
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.
,
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
