We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our talent acquisition, talent management, and other people-related functions through insightful data analytics, storytelling, and the development of robust data dashboards. This role requires a unique blend of data expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive actionable insights. Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.

• Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Perform predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Develop and maintain interactive data dashboards that provide real-time insights and reporting for HR and business leaders.

• Create compelling data-driven stories that communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Implement data governance best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable data.

• Partner with HR leaders and business units to understand their needs and provide customized analytical solutions.

• Work closely with talent acquisition, talent management, and other HR teams to support their analytics needs.

• Train and support HR team members in using data tools and interpreting analytics.

• Support the optimization of Ashby ATS & Analytics platform.
,
• Support and analyze the impact of various talent programs and initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of people analytics experience with experience in applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools and other people database technologies.

• Advanced excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and data governance and accuracy.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data.

• Strong verbal communication skills in order to explain and present data visually in a clear, compelling manner.

• Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
