What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business. Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Sourcing and engaging top talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels. Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. Providing an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding. Building talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives to attract future talent. Strategic talent attraction and building strong pipelines. Building strong relationships with ELT & SLT. Supporting diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a strong workplace culture. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to source and engage passive candidates. Experience using ATS and recruitment technology. Passion for creating a positive candidate experience. Knowledge of the power generation, industrial, or engineering sectors is a plus.
