This position requires the ability to work in a service-oriented team environment with strong organization, communication, and time management skills. This multifaceted role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process: scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, creating reports, and actively sourcing top talent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process while proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
