About the Role

Based in BYD's Sydney, this role will support our upcoming New Brand. On offer is a System Maintenance Specialist (DMS) position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
• Introduce, build and oversee the integration of Dealer Management System(DMS), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality that supports business processes.
• Work closely with headquarter and the Australia aftersales team to understand their specific needs and challenges, translating these into actionable insights for system enhancements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DMS solutions and aftersales processes, recommending improvements based on feedback and performance metrics to enhance users' satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide the functionality training of DMS to the Aftersales team and the dealers.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Information Technology.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to produce clear and concise project progress and performance reports.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin are highly regarded.
