We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sustainable Water Solutions Specialist in Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our Water Services Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of water and wastewater systems.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading projects from planning to design to construction, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to project delivery. Your expertise will help develop resilient communities and support long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and execute impactful water and wastewater projects
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with sub-consultants and contribute to reports and analyses
• Develop clear, high-quality documentation in line with project scope and quality standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater design, including treatment, distribution systems, and collection systems
• Project management experience in water and wastewater projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
